Please note, places on the course are issued on a first come first served basis. Your place is not guaranteed until we receive your completed form, organise payment and we have confirmed your place.

Archers Details

Handedness:

Do you have any pre-existing medical conditions/medications that may impact on your ability to shoot safely. These could include problems with sight, hearing, physical limitations, missing limbs, previous injuries & long term conditions. Archery is a fully inclusive sport and we can accommodate most differences however we need to know in advance of the course to prepare suitable coaching, equipment and volunteers. Failure to disclose could impact on your ability to complete the course and could invalidate your insurance to participate. Please detail below

Course Details

The cost of the 2025 beginners course is £75, this covers all course content and provision of equipment for use during the course. Money is payable prior to course commencing and can be paid directly into the club bank account. Bank details will be provided once we have confirmed availability of a course place. Please use your FULL NAME as Bank Reference on the payment.

Photo Release

Milton Keynes Archery Club may wish to take photographs or video of attendees participating in archery activities for the purposes of promotion and marketing of the club. Please confirm below if you consent to this. (You may opt out or retract consent at any time and you may bring it to the club’s attention should you wish to object to your photograph being taken on any specific occasion).

GDPR & Attendance tracking

Milton Keynes Archery Club retains attendance records and associated contact details for insurance purposes & also in case of an emergency, such as a fire alarm at the range. All club records are retained within GDPR.

I understand my attendance will be recorded for insurance purposes and in case of an emergency and I consent to my personal information submitted on this form being stored safely by Milton Keynes Archery Club:

Communication
For each beginners course, we set up a temporary WhatsApp group to allow our coaches to communicate with attendees, to provide additional information during the course and to provide attendees a space to ask questions and discuss the course content.
